High School Senior Info. Easy as 1-2-3 !

1) Call   508-378-9100   to book your portrait appointment. A $99.00 session fee is due at the time of the booking. This fee also includes a proof booklet. The session fee can be reduced $20.00 to $79.00 if you or your parents do not wish to have the booklet.   You may change your appointment one time without an additional fee.  Fan   Bradshaw Photography at  facebook.com/BradshawPhotography.MA  before you book your portrait session and receive 8 additional wallets with your completed order..  

All portrait sessions are booked pre-paid.

2 ) Two days before your appointment, get your clothing choices ready, and get a good night's sleep the night before your portrait session. Find clothing recommendations in a separate window.

3 ) The day of your portrait session, a $125.00 processing fee is due to prepare the images for viewing . Basic retouching and a water mark are applied to the images for internet display and small versions are burnt to a CD so you can load them on to your Facebook page. The CD will be mailed to you. This $125.00 gets applied to your total order cost if completed within 90 days of the session date. Within 120 days of the session date $100.00 gets applied. Within 150 days of the session date $75.00 gets applied, etc . You can follow the math.

4) Choose the pose for your yearbook as soon as possible. If you call the week that the image is do at your school, a $50.00 rush fee will be added to your final order to get it to the school on time. Most schools just want a head shot ( a picture of your face ), so , if the portrait that you like is " far away", we can get closer ( crop in ) on any pose.

5) Select the pose(s) for your selected package. It does not have to be the same as the portrait that you selected for your yearbook. Remember that the packages are based on the number of poses indicated. You can add more poses but there will be an additional charge of $19.00 per additional pose to cover final retouching.

6) Decide how many 8x10‚ and 5x7‚ you need for gifts by using the check off sheet at the very back of the information packet. Your portrait makes a great gift, especially for your grandparents who you never know what to get. Remember, Christmas isn't that far away.

7) How many wallet photographs do you need? You will need more wallets than anything else. Senior year everyone exchanges wallets, so make sure that you have enough. Some family members may also want one. College applications and scholarship applications also ask for one.

9) The balance of the basic portrait package is due at the time of your order, and the basic package is our minimum portrait order. If your total portrait order is over the cost of the basic package, then at least half of the balance is due when the order is placed and the remaining balance is due upon order delivery.
